To ensure our executive workflow runs with absolute precision, we are recruiting a highly disciplined, astute, and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant (P.A.) to support senior executive management. The Role As the Personal Assistant, you will be the gatekeeper, logistics anchor, and primary administrative partner to the executive office. This is not a passive clerical role; you will operate in a vibrant, fast-moving media landscape where you must anticipate needs, keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes, and maintain a hawk-eye on operational details. Duties / Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Staff & Operations Liaison: Serve as a proactive bridge between management and internal teams, ensuring tasks are prioritised, deadlines are met, and daily operations run smoothly.
  • Correspondence & Communication: Serve as the articulate and professional first point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and high-profile industry stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage sensitive executive correspondence and corporate memos.
  • Information & Document Management: Meticulously handle confidential data, corporate records, and board documentation. Process, synthesise, and organise information into clear, actionable briefs for executive review.
  • Project & Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, follow up on action items across teams, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure management's directives are executed efficiently.
Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Administration, Secretaryship, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 5years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar).
  • Communication: Brilliant written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Mindset: A proactive, reliable, and adaptable professional who can work independently under pressure.
