Duties / Responsibilities
  • ROLE 1: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
  • The Role
  • As the HR Officer, you will report directly to management and take full ownership of the employee lifecycle and office administrative structures. You will balance the strategic, relational side of human resources with the meticulous documentation required to maintain an efficient, compliant, and motivated workforce.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & On-boarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting precise job descriptions and screening CVs to conducting interviews and coordinating structured on-boarding for new hires.
  • Policy & Compliance: Update, enforce, and maintain the staff handbook and critical organisational policies, ensuring strict alignment with the Ghana Labour Act and internal compliance standards.
  • Performance Management: Manage the implementation of periodic staff appraisal cycles, distribute review scales, and compile analytical reports for management to track workforce productivity.
  • Personnel Records & Administration: Maintain meticulous, confidential digital and physical employee files, including leave schedules, attendance logs, and contract renewals.
  • Staff Welfare & Employee Relations: Serve as the primary, diplomatic point of contact for staff grievances, workplace disputes, and general welfare initiatives to maintain high organisational morale.
  • ROLE 2: CASHIER
  • The Role
  • We are seeking an exceptional professional with absolute integrity to oversee cash flow and stock control in a high-energy environment. If you excel under pressure, bring sharp numerical accuracy, and possess the meticulous discipline required to track physical inventory alongside rapid digital and cash transactions, this role is for you.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries with a helpful attitude, and resolve basic transaction discrepancies with patience and professionalism.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Accurately and efficiently handle cash, card, and mobile money transactions precisely; operate point-of-sale (POS) registers, record sales, and issue accurate receipts.
  • End-of-Shift Reconciliation: Conduct thorough daily cash counts and balance the register against sales reports and stock at the start and end of every shift to ensure flawless financial accountability.
  • Inventory Management: Cross-check opening and closing stock levels against POS sales data, identify any discrepancies or variances, and ensure no stock goes unaccounted for
Job Requirements
  • ROLE 1: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a dedicated HR or administrative management role.
  • Legal Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of Ghanaian labour laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills (highly articulate); intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ROLE 2: CASHIER
  • HND in Accounting from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Proven experience as a Cashier, Sales Clerk, or in a fast-paced hospitality or sales role handling physical cash and digital payments.
  • Solid understanding of stock take processes, inventory tracking, and identifying stock shrinkage or variances.
  • High financial discipline and trustworthiness, with a clean track record of handling large amounts of physical cash and valuable stock.

  • Customer service oriented
